Jour our 5 week live group class from the comfort of your own home.  Learn the practical techniques of massage, while helping get to know and grow your bond with baby.

When: Mondays  10-11am,

Private classes 1-1 or join online with a group of friends. These sessions can be tailored to meet your needs.  I suggest undertaking the 5 week course if there is a group.  Do get in touch to discuss and check availability. Q&A time and follow up video call included.

If you are local to St Albans/HarpendenAL55, Mellow NT can come to your chosen space.  All necessary equipment provided, along with booklets and oils.  These sessions can be 1-1 with you and your baby or gather with your NCT friends.  I recommend the 5 week course for groups.

Availability: Mon-Fri 10-1pm

60-90 mins per session

Cost: £65 per class/ £300 for  5 weeks
