Mellow Baby Massage provides the expert International Association of Infant Massage classes, designed to help parents bond with their babies and build confidence in their parenting journey. I am dedicated to offering a personalised and nurturing experience to support you and your baby's well-being.
How it began
My plans for running a baby class began in 2014 while living in an apartment in New York, after relocating from Dublin, 6 months after our first child was born.
After three more relocations and two more kids, I found myself still contemplated how I can intertwine my knowledge and experience gained from working as a Public Health Nurse (which focuses on infant and child development) with my experience as a parent and use that to help others.

In March 2024 I certified with the International Association of Infant Massage.
It was the "light bulb" moment I needed.
- How beneficial Infant Massage would be to mothers and babies.
-How it encapsulates so many of the necessary activities to help in a child's development.
-How you essentially need nothing but you and your child for this.​
Having a young family myself I have recognised first hand how essential a nurturing touch has been to my kids as they grow and navigate their lives.

I am passionate about sharing Infant Massage with through a fun and engaging way for you and your baby.

My hope is that far beyond your time with me that you will still be seeing the value of your nurturing touch as a key way to communicate with your child as they grow.
